Our steel frame structures carry a 25 year warranty. They are heavy frame structures, not studded 2x4 type of framing. OSB siding is not an option. Steel panels and roof are hot-dipped in galv-alum and finished in silicon-polyester paint for the very best rust protection in the industry. Stucco-like panels and rock siding are also available, you can see nice examples of this on our gallery. Cost depends on the seismic and wind load requirements where you want to build, and what you want to build. These bldgs have their advantages and disadvantages.
