Next major decision- studs, insulation & drywall or no?
Cost for all three $2340 If you want A/C, you will need to do this for sure.
Ceramic tile floor or just use the container floor, which is made of
1 1/8” thick mahogany marine plywood trimmed in steel.
Cost of tile $720 Ceramic tile works exceptionally well with shipping containers. We can install any floor you want, just ask- 953-2005.
Windows and doors? 4 x 3 looks best on 20’ offices $595 ea installed- vinyl slider. 5 x 4 $675 6’ steel roll-up $695 36” steel personnel door $750
window bars 4x3 $295 5x4 $350
Need a dividing wall for bathroom or private office? $550 for 8’ wide wall (containers are 8’ wide) Add a door for $150 more (total of $800)
Electrical & A/C $1675 gets you a 4 circuit breaker panel, 4 electrical outlets and
2 overhead fluorescent lites. If you opt for drywall, the wiring is hidden behind the drywall. If not, we install metal conduit that is visible on the single steel wall. We can do custom configurations and install custom lighting or whatever you want.

Ceramic coating to reflect sun and heat? $1000 We build-up three coats for
an R19 insulation value. Recommended if your office is in the direct sun, not needed if protected from the sun. This coating, combined with our insulation and drywall etc pkg gives you self-expanding R22 wall and ceiling fiberglas insulation and much lower electicity costs.
T1-11 siding, plantation style metal roof structures and other options are available now, pricing to come soon, check back here or call us for a custom quote.
