Portable offices, Spare rooms, sheds, guard shacks etc
Mobile Construction offices etc for sale & rent/lease

Our latest creation- Custom designed “sheds”, offices, spare rooms, guard shacks etc. You can build one up to 120 sq ft without a permit, believe it or not! We design it for no charge and build on-site. They look like a cottage and it is like building a home only on a smaller scale. It is quite an involved process. Choose from sliding glass door, french doors or whatever you want. Windows, flooring-whatever! No limitations here, let us know what you want and we will build it. We also design-build permitted structures, but it is more fun creating without the hassle of permitting.

40' Container Office

Do you need more room inside your mobile office? We can make any length that you might need- 12’ to 45’ and totally portable.  If you ever need to move your mobile office, we can do that for a very reasonable fee and set it up again. You do need an electrician to hook-up the power. You can order your portable office any way you want it- Doors, windows, flooring, insulation and drywall, A/C, lighting, electrical, interior walls with or without doors, special ceramic insulating coating. Photos below show a 40’ mobile office inside showing interior wall, ceramic tile flooring, detail of our vinyl sliding window framed in solid steel and detail of our steel-wrapped 36” personnel door. We strive to maximize the amt of metal used on our offices. All windows are framed in welded metal, interior walls are built with steel studs, interior studs that the drywall is screwed into is welded steel, not wood. These processes are the best way to do modifications. Where we break from this is on the door frames, which come mostly in wood. We can do steel, but the cost of steel framing is much higher. We are happy that at least there is no wood inside the walls where termites could eat away undetected. We can, if desired, remove those  double doors that come on containers and replace them with straight steel, often times framing a window or door within the new steel wall. Cost to do this is very low, check out the costs for each modification.

Our custom Container Offices are significantly less expensive & much more durable than those mobile, portable construction offices you see everywhere…

Why are they better? Let us first explain how those other construction offices are made. The steel trailer is not properly painted, and completely rusts out in about 5-7 years. They would last if they were properly painted with oil-based industrial enamel but they are not. The roof is paper thin aluminum, and it deteriorates from exposure to the sun in about 3 years. The sun actually burns through the thin aluminum roof, and then water soaks the foam insulation, causing mold, and then water leaks into the interior. It is very difficult to fix the roof at this point and not look sloppy and  Jerry-rigged. The frame of these mobile construction offices is generally made of cheap 2” X 2” wood, usually finished inside with 70’s style cheap wood paneling and insulation in the thin walls. And for all this, the prices are super high, try calling the company that sells them and see for yourself.

20' office with sliding glass door and full bathroom

Our portable container offices are made from a steel shipping container made of super thick special steel that we coat properly for a life span that can be 50 years or more with proper care, not 5-7. The roof does not burn out from the sun, and our special ceramic coating does a superior job insulating the suns heat. Air conditioning system is 120 volt, not 220 volt, and is simple and economical to run. Our 20’ offices are easy and economical to move, and do not have a trailer that rusts out. Call for prices. For an amazing price, you get our high quality steel container, genuine ceramic tile flooring, sliding vinyl windows, overhead fluorescent lights, electrical outlets, 120v a/c, interior walls and beautiful acoustic ceiling fully insulated, dry-walled and painted. Click here for a cost and options breakdown. We can install bathroom with or without shower if you have a septic hookup on-site. Compare our offices to the other construction offices for both price, appearance, cost to set-up and longevity. We think that after your careful comparison, you will understand what we are saying here. Take a careful look at a construction office and see what we are saying about the roof and trailer. Ask the company about pricing and the cost to set-up their offices and you will gasp! Then, call us at 808-339-5639.

Shed Video #1 Shed Video #2

Take a look below at our newest shipping container structure- an 8x15 portable mobile office, guard shack or an extra bedroom at your residence. Either way, look at how nice it looks. It is all steel inside with a wood gabled roof and siding. We can custom make one any way you want it. This demo here has two windows and one 36" door. Available with or without power and lights. It is 120 sq ft, which puts it into the classification of a shed and generally not needing a permit. Shipping container structures cost about 30% more than our steel frame variety above, and can better withstand the stresses of moving. We currently are siding them with OSB exterior panels, and can make any length from 10-40 feet long, 8 feet wide and 9.5 feet high. All are insulated and have drywall, ceramic tile flooring and acoustic ceilings. Call for current pricing on the size and options desired.

We originally developed it for the homeless population with the thought that if each person or couple had their own secure space, they might be more willing to get off the beaches and parks and out of the weather. The main concept is that each person or family can have their own secure and private space at a very reasonable cost.
